整个巴士总站的counters我都走完了，视乎都找不到我要的时间和巴士。只剩下一间。就没办法了，只好买下吧。票价是RM24.30。当我付钱的时候，我就给了3张RM10。他应该找回RM5.70。然而，他只给回我RM5。理所当然的问他剩下的RM0.70呢？他就问我:"ada 30 cen tak?" 我说:"darat, kak."他就回我:"saya darat 70 cen, jadi bus ticket jadi 25 ringgit la.."
什么理由?!什么态度?!当下的我真的很气。气并不是全因为拿不回那七毛钱，而是因为他那样的态度。这是做生意应有的态度吗？他竟然连问其他同行有没有散钱都没有，就如此回答我了。难道连做生意需要预备散钱的基本知识都不知道吗？那时候我真的很想把巴士票送回给他然后叫他退回钱来。可是又想到如果退进去，可能就在其他地方买不到票了。
Very sorry to say that, i will not purchase to this bus company any bus ticket anymore. This is not the only one bad impression that this company given it to me.s
